Product Overview and Introduction

Experience elite-tier performance, superior velocity consistency, and authentic historical precision with the Goex Olde Eynsford 2F Black Powder (1-lb Canister). Hand-crafted using traditional methods combined with superior, high-purity ingredients, the Olde Eynsford line is specifically engineered for competitive shooters, historical marksmen, and serious black powder hunters who demand the absolute highest level of accuracy from their muzzleloading firearms.

Featuring a medium 2F (FFg) granulation, this specialized loose propellant bridges traditional craftsmanship with modern consistency, making it the premier choice for full-sized muzzleloading rifles, muskets, and traditional hunting arms.

Optimized 2F Granulation and Performance Advantages

The 2F granulation features medium-sized individual granules that provide a controlled, progressive burn rate. This particle size is universally favored for:

• Large-Caliber Rifles: Delivers a smooth, progressive pressure curve designed to efficiently accelerate 50-caliber and larger projectiles downrange with exceptional stability.

• Muskets and Shotguns: Ensures complete combustion and maximum energy transfer in larger-bore barrels for dense shot patterns and reliable ballistics.

• Premium Olde Eynsford Purity: Utilizes top-grade charcoal and high-purity potassium nitrate for a hotter, more consistent ignition and tighter target groupings than standard commercial powders.

Elite Olde Eynsford Series Quality

The Olde Eynsford line is meticulously crafted to mimic the exceptional ballistic and residue characteristics of legendary 19th-century black powders.

• Consistent Ballistics: Rigorously controlled grain sizing ensures reliable shot-to-shot velocity consistency at extended ranges.

• Authentic Power & Smoke: Delivers the classic recoil, sound, and smoke volume expected from elite historical propellants.

• Loose 1-Pound Canister: Provides secure storage and complete freedom for precise custom volumetric measuring.

Proper Maintenance and Safety Note

Because Goex Olde Eynsford is authentic black powder, it contains sulfur and produces corrosive fouling.

• Post-Shooting Care: Thorough cleaning with warm soapy water or specialized black powder solvent is mandatory immediately after your session to dissolve residue and prevent barrel pitting or rust.

• Safe Handling: Always follow strict safety guidelines regarding black powder storage, static prevention, and proper volumetric loading procedures.
