Product Overview and Introduction

Streamline your reloading routine and maximize your long-range accuracy with the American Pioneer FFg Black Powder Substitute 100-Grain Pre-Measured Tubes (25-Pack). Specifically designed for full-sized muzzleloading rifles, muskets, and large-caliber hunting firearms requiring FFg (2F) granulation, these pre-measured tubes take the guesswork, mess, and hassle out of field loading.

No more fumbling with loose powder flasks or volumetric measures in unpredictable weather. Each individual tube contains an exact, factory-calibrated 100-grain equivalent charge of high-performance FFg substitute powder, allowing for lightning-fast, secure reloading so you can stay focused on your target.

Optimized FFg (2F) Burn Rate and Performance

The FFg granulation is coarser than pistol-grade FFFg powder, providing a slightly slower, progressive burn rate that is exceptionally well-suited for:

• Large-Caliber Rifles: Delivers smooth pressure curves and optimum velocity for 50-caliber and larger muzzleloading rifles.

• Muskets and Shotguns: Ensures complete, efficient combustion in larger-bore barrels for maximum energy transfer downrange.

• Consistent Ballistics: Factory-measured charges guarantee uniform velocity and flat trajectories shot after shot.

Clean-Burning, Sulfurless Formula

Traditional black powder is notorious for heavy, corrosive fouling and pungent sulfur smells. American Pioneer utilizes an advanced sulfurless chemical composition that transforms your shooting experience:

• Zero Sulfur Corrosion: Protects your valuable firearm’s rifling and breech plugs from pitting and rust.

• Low Fouling: Drastically reduces barrel residue, letting you shoot significantly more rounds between cleanings without loading friction.

• Odorless Comfort: Eliminates the heavy smoke clouds and “rotten egg” sulfur odor of vintage propellants.

Effortless Water-Soluble Cleanup

Post-range maintenance has never been easier. Because American Pioneer powder is completely water-soluble, you don’t need harsh, toxic chemical solvents to clean your firearm. Simply use patches dampened with ordinary tap water to dissolve and wipe away all residual fouling, restoring your barrel to a pristine condition in minutes.
