Product Overview and Introduction

Maximize your AR-15 platform’s velocity and flat-shooting accuracy with Nosler Custom Unprimed Rifle Brass in 24 Nosler – Box of 100. Designed specifically to deliver lightning-fast velocities, minimal wind drift, and devastating terminal performance on varmints and medium game, Nosler Custom brass provides handloaders with the highest quality foundation for this high-performance cartridge.

Whether you are building a dedicated coyote rifle, competing in regional varmint matches, or looking to extract every ounce of sub-MOA precision from your custom upper, Nosler Custom brass ensures reliable feeding, extraction, and long case life.

Meticulous Manufacturing and Benchtop-Ready Prep

Nosler treats its custom-line reloading brass as a premium finished component, reducing prep time and eliminating performance variables right out of the box:

• Weight-Sorted and Quality Checked: Cases are meticulously sorted for weight consistency to ensure uniform internal capacities, minimizing velocity spreads (SD/ES) downrange.

• Deburred and Chamfered Necks: Case mouths are deburred, chamfered, and inspected for proper wall concentricity and neck wall uniformity, ensuring smooth bullet seating.

• Optimized Alloy Metallurgy: Formulated with robust case heads and properly annealed shoulders to handle the higher operating pressures of the 24 Nosler while resisting premature primer pocket expansion.

• Unprimed Boxer Primed Pockets: Supplied clean and unprimed with standard small or large rifle Boxer primer pockets, allowing you to select your preferred ignition components.

The Ultimate Foundation for the 24 Nosler Cartridge

The 24 Nosler bridges the gap between traditional .22-caliber varmint rounds and short-action 6mm cartridges, offering incredible downrange energy in a standard AR-15 magazine length. Starting with Nosler Custom brass ensures your handloaded ammunition performs flawlessly across high-volume semi-automatic firing strings.
