Product Overview and Introduction

Acquire a rare and fascinating piece of international military contract history with the Malaysian Contract Steyr AUG 5.56x45mm Surplus Parts Kit. The Malaysian Armed Forces famously adopted the iconic Austrian bullpup platform for standard-issue infantry service, valuing its compact length, rapid target acquisition, and rugged durability in dense tropical environments.

This surplus de-mil parts kit provides advanced builders, gunsmiths, and military collectors with a comprehensive collection of genuine service components—featuring a hard-to-find Left-Hand (LH) configuration and an original cleaning kit—offering an exceptional foundation for your next custom semi-auto build.

Left-Handed Military Configuration and Genuine Surplus Character

Finding left-handed-ejecting AUG components on the commercial surplus market is notoriously difficult. This Malaysian contract kit caters directly to left-handed shooters or specialized collectors seeking uncommon military variations:

• Good Surplus Condition: Exhibits authentic service wear, minor handling marks, and military finish patina that tell the story of its tropical deployment, while maintaining strong mechanical health and crisp internal parts.

• Left-Hand (LH) Configuration: Features left-side ejection orientation, bolt carrier group, and internal components tailored specifically for left-handed operators.

• Chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO: Optimized for standard intermediate 5.56 ammunition, offering exceptional modularity and ballistic performance.

• Includes Original Cleaning Kit: Comes complete with the factory-issued multi-piece cleaning kit typically stored inside the buttstock compartment of authentic military AUG rifles.

The Ultimate Left-Handed Foundation for Your Custom Build

De-milled Steyr AUG kits are premier collector items, and left-hand contract variants are exceptionally scarce. Whether you are sourcing components to build a custom semi-automatic US-compliant receiver project or preserving a piece of global military engineering history, this kit delivers authentic overseas craftsmanship and rare ergonomic flexibility.
