Product Overview and Introduction

Experience the pinnacle of modern bullpup versatility with the Steyr Arms AUG A3 M2 Semi-Automatic Rifle in .300 AAC Blackout, featuring an iconic Olive Drab (OD) Green stock. Blending legendary Austrian military heritage with advanced modern updates, the M2 platform optimizes the iconic AUG architecture for today’s tactical and recreational shooter.

Chambered in the hard-hitting and suppressor-optimized .300 AAC Blackout cartridge, this rifle delivers exceptional short-to-medium range ballistics, superior energy transfer, and unmatched maneuverability in a compact package.

M2 Rail Enhancements and .300 BLK Suppressor Versatility

The M2 configuration brings key design upgrades to the AUG lineup, offering refined optics mounting and peak performance with specialized ammunition:

• Chambered in .300 AAC Blackout: Tailor-made for suppression and diverse tactical applications, giving shooters the flexibility to switch seamlessly between heavy subsonic rounds and high-velocity supersonic loads.

• Extended Picatinny Top Rail: Provides a long, rigid mounting platform for low-power variable optics (LPVOs), red dots, magnifiers, or thermal systems with optimal eye relief.

• Classic OD Green Polymer Stock: Molded from Steyr’s signature high-impact, weather-resistant polymer in Olive Drab Green for a timeless, military-spec aesthetic.

• Adjustable Short-Stroke Gas-Piston System: Features a tuned gas plug designed to handle the diverse pressure curves of .300 BLK, ensuring flawless, reliable cycling whether you are running suppressed or unsuppressed.

• Quick-Change Barrel Assembly: Retains the legendary tool-less barrel removal capability for rapid cleaning, compact storage, and effortless maintenance.

The Ultimate Bullpup Upgrade for Modern Shooters

By placing the action and magazine well behind the trigger group, the AUG packs a full 16-inch barrel into an overall length comparable to a short-barreled rifle. The combination of the compact bullpup footprint and the suppressed-friendly .300 Blackout caliber makes this rifle an exceptional choice for home defense, tactical training, and hog or varmint hunting.
