Product Overview and Introduction

Push the boundaries of extreme long-range accuracy and velocity with Hodgdon H1000 Smokeless Gun Powder. As one of the most celebrated and widely trusted slow-burning magnum propellants in the precision shooting world, H1000 is a staple for competitive marksmen shooting in the Precision Rifle Series (PRS), F-Class, and extreme long-range hunting. Part of Hodgdon’s legendary EXTREME FAMILY of powders, H1000 is specially formulated to resist velocity shifts caused by ambient temperature swings, ensuring your high-BC match loads impact with absolute consistency regardless of the weather.

Whether you are handloading heavy match bullets for the 7mm Remington Magnum, .300 Winchester Magnum, .300 PRC, or large-capacity unbelted wildcats, H1000 delivers low standard deviations, exceptional case efficiency, and championship-winning accuracy.

Extreme Temperature-Independent Extruded Technology

Designed to meet the exacting demands of long-range precision shooters, H1000 offers advanced ballistic performance and stability:

• Extreme Temperature Insensitivity: Engineered to eliminate velocity spikes or drops in freezing winter or blistering summer conditions, keeping your firing solution rock-solid.

• Slow-Burning Magnum Efficiency: Ideal burn rate for heavy-bullet, large-capacity magnum cartridges where smooth acceleration and high loading density are paramount.

• Uniform Extruded Geometry: Precisely cut propellant grains meter predictably and settle evenly in powder tricklers for exact benchtop weighing.

• Low Standard Deviations: Produces exceptional velocity uniformity from shot to shot, translating to tighter vertical dispersion at extreme distances.

The Professional Choice for Long-Range Magnum Shooters

When your shooting discipline demands sub-MOA precision at 1,000 yards and beyond, reliable temperature stability, and superior velocity with heavy projectiles, Hodgdon H1000 stands out as the ultimate choice for the reloading bench.
